Sixcube Games respects and protects the personal privacy of all users of our services. In order to provide you with more accurate and personalized services, Sixcube Games products will use and disclose your personal information in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy. However, Sixcube Games products will treat this information with a high degree of diligence and prudence. Except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, without your prior consent, Sixcube Games products will not disclose or provide this information to any third party. By agreeing to the Sixcube Games product Service Use Agreement, you are deemed to have agreed to all the contents of this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the Sixcube Games product Service Use Agreement.

1. Scope of Application

When you register a Sixcube Games account, the personal registration information you provide according to Sixcube Games requirements; When you use Sixcube Games online services, or visit Sixcube Games platform webpages, the information that Sixcube Games automatically receives and records on your browser and computer, including but not limited to your IP address, browser type, language used, access date and time, software and hardware feature information, and web page records you request, etc.; Personal user data that Sixcube Games obtains from business partners through legal means.

2. Information Use

Sixcube Games will not provide, sell, rent, share or trade your personal information with any unrelated third party, unless prior permission is obtained from you, or the third party and Sixcube Games (including Sixcube Games affiliated companies) separately or jointly provide services for you, and after the service ends, it will be prohibited from accessing all of these materials including those it was previously able to access. Sixcube Games also does not allow any third party to collect, edit, sell or distribute your personal information by any means. Any Sixcube Games platform user who engages in the above activities will be immediately terminated from service agreement with Sixcube Games once discovered. For the purpose of serving users, Sixcube Games may use your personal information to provide you with information you may be interested in, including but not limited to sending you product and service information, or sharing information with Sixcube Games partners so that they may send you information about their products and services (the latter requires your prior consent).

3. Information Disclosure

Under the following circumstances, Sixcube Games will disclose all or part of your personal information according to your personal wishes or legal provisions:

Disclose to third parties with your prior consent;
To provide the products and services you request, it is necessary to share your personal information with third parties;
Disclose to third parties or administrative, judicial institutions according to relevant laws, regulations or requirements of administrative or judicial institutions;
If you are an eligible intellectual property complainant and have filed a complaint, disclose to the respondent upon request in order for both parties to deal with potential rights disputes;
In a transaction created on the Sixcube Games platform, if any party to the transaction has fulfilled or partially fulfilled the transaction obligation and requested information disclosure, Sixcube Games has the right to decide to provide the user with necessary information such as contact information of the counterparty in order to facilitate the completion of the transaction or the resolution of the dispute.

4. Information Storage and Exchange

The information and data related to you collected by Sixcube Games will be stored on the servers of Sixcube Games and/or its affiliated companies. This information and data may be transferred overseas to the country, region where you are located, or where Sixcube Games collected the information and data, and accessed, stored and displayed overseas.

4.1 What data does Sixcube collect from its apps and games?

The data collected by Sixcube is limited to:

Your IP address
Your mobile advertising ID (Apple IDFA or Google AAID - these are technical identifiers developed by mobile operating systems for advertising purposes, which remain under your control and can be reset or cleared at any time through your device settings)
Data related to your activity in our apps, in particular how you interact with our apps (e.g. how and when you use our apps), as well as with ads in our apps (e.g. number of ads, potential clicks)

4.2 Who Do We Share Your Data With and Why?

In countries where applicable laws and regulations may require user consent, Sixcube will not share your personal data with third parties without your prior consent.

We may share the aforementioned data with the following categories of recipients:

Advertising Partners: To enable the monetization of the app's ad inventory and provide users with free products and services.

5. Information Security

5.1 How Long Does Sixcube Games Retain Data?

Sixcube Games retains personal data collected, received, and processed for the purposes described in this policy for no longer than necessary, as required by applicable laws and regulations.
User-level data is retained by Sixcube Games for a maximum period of 9 months, with most cases only retaining user-level data for 2 months.

5.2 Children's Data

Sixcube Games will never intentionally or voluntarily collect any personal data about children under the age of 16.

5.3 What Rights Do You Have?

5.3.1 Right to Access

Upon request, Sixcube Games will provide information on whether we hold your personal information. You can contact the Data Officer of Sixcube Games as indicated in the "Contact" section below. We will respond to your requests within a reasonable time.

5.3.2 Correction and Deletion

You can request Sixcube Games to correct any inaccurate personal information about you and fill in incomplete personal information. If Sixcube Games no longer needs to retain this data, you can also request the deletion of your personal data.

If you choose to enable the "Limit Ad Tracking" option, reset your mobile advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android), or activate "Limit Ad Tracking" in device settings, making previously collected data no longer linkable to you or your device and restricting further data collection.
Contact the Data Protection Officer of Sixcube Games (as indicated in the "Contact" section below) to permanently delete or anonymize data previously collected about you and/or your device by Sixcube Games.
